Sometime need to take these trains to reach Factories on Wooden production!!!!
People with Hopes, People with dreams, People some going to make money, some going back to their families
Sometimes Smiles are hopes and pure .........
Long Journeys , Long train rides over 45 hours sometimes for them, going to their hope
With their poor instant noodles
and Smiles always smiles
If you find seats, you lucky
Amazing to see these workers
Working with them side by side on samples, if not , you will bever get desired perfection and even shape :)
Oh After I involve, now we getting perfect finish on the product

I call many times urgent meetings!!!!! Meetings, again and again telling same things but still all these guys making careless mistakes and I explaning again and again
